CFE Research was commissioned by the Department for Education (DfE) to undertake a formative and summative evaluation of the 2017 Reformed National Professional Qualifications (NPQs). In 2016, DfE convened leading experts to reform the NPQs to prepare leaders more effectively for the range of leadership roles in the school system.
