Abstract:

This publication introduces Curriculum globALE, a basic competence framework for the training of adult educators worldwide. By providing a modular, competency-based framework and cross-curricular approach, Curriculum globALE supports the professionalization of adult learning and education by specifying core competencies as a reference framework for the qualification of adult educators.
