Victorian Qualifications Authority annual report [2001-02 - 2006-07]

The Victorian Qualifications Authority (VQA) was the peak accreditation, certification and registration body for post-compulsory education and training (except higher education) in Victoria. It began operating on 1 March 2001 and ceased operating in 2007. The Education and Training Reform Act provided for the establishment of the Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) with effect from 1 July 2007.
