The Victorian Registration and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) is Victoria's education and training regulator. It was created under the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 and commenced operations in July 2007. The VRQA is an independent statutory authority that works to assure the quality of education and training in Victoria.
