Abstract:

Strengthening technical and vocational education and training (TVET) is an important strategy to contributing to equitable, inclusive and sustainable economies and societies. More than ever before, there are calls for providing more evidence of the return on investment (ROI) from TVET. Measuring the ROI in a given country comes with its own challenges, and the diversity of TVET systems and the differing contexts makes it difficult to generate comparable data.
