Abstract:

The Fellow travelled to Brazil and the United States of America in 2018 to research innovative pathways for disadvantaged youth into employment and entrepreneurship. The Fellowship highlighted the need for the introduction of entrepreneurship components into employment programs and for the integration of education pathways in employment programs. It identified good practices designed to significantly improve the employability of disadvantaged youth, by the use of technology, innovation and entrepreneurship models.
