The Empowering YOUth Initiatives [initially known as the Innovative Youth Trials] aim to help young people into work by addressing complex barriers and assisting young people in finding and sustaining employment thereby preventing long-term unemployment. This evaluation strategy establishes the evaluation framework and identifies potential evaluation approaches for evaluation of the initiatives.
