Abstract:

Young people with disability face many challenges in life including the prospect of competing for entry level jobs in a market where there is a shrinking number of opportunities. Meaningful employment fosters a sense of worth, dignity, life satisfaction and is a fundamental right of all individuals including persons with disability.
