Careers strategy: making the most of everyone's skills and talents
This paper presents the UK government's plan for raising the quality of careers provision in England. It is part of a strategy that aims to make Britain fairer, improve social mobility and offer opportunity to everyone. The four goals/aspects of the strategy are: (1) inspiring encounters with further and higher education, and with employers and workplace; (2) excellent advice and guidance programs; (3) support and guidance tailored to individual needs; and (4) using data and technology to help everyone make choices about careers.
