Abstract:
The author was requested by the Ontario Skilled Trades Alliance to carry out an engagement process with its members to help determine a transformative vision for apprenticeship training in Ontario. These leaders are from the construction industry, which employs a significant number of skilled tradespersons and help build Ontario's future.
