Abstract:

This report presents 12 job profiles exemplifying a variety of occupations for which developments in information and communication technology (ICT) and its use have led to substantial changes in the work tasks and the skills needed to carry out the job. The job profiling is part of the study 'ICT for work: digital skills in the workplace', launched by the European Commission, DG CONNECT and carried out by ECORYS and the Danish Technological Institute in 2015-2016.
