The purpose of the research summary, 'The changing nature of apprenticeships: 1996-2016' [indexed in VOCEDplus at TD/TNC 127.07] is to provide evidence of change in the apprenticeship system over a period of time. The focus is on measures facilitating more flexibility in the system, such as the growth of adult apprentices and alternative training models.
