Abstract:

This report brings together the key strategic areas where co-operative and concerted activity for access are to be improved and equity of outcomes is to be realised. It follows work carried out by the Project Steering Committee (established in 1996) to develop advice on access and equity strategies. The Committee produced an Issues paper and a Consultation paper.
