Abstract:

In order to meet clients' needs and maximise outcomes, registered training organisations (RTOs) need to develop processes and products that focus on the quality of the learning and assessment experience. The purpose of this publication is to provide RTOs with guidance about how to use clustering to improve delivery and assessment practice.
