Abstract:

This research looks at how large organisations measure the transfer of knowledge delivered by blended learning. To achieve this the author conducted a literature review, document analysis of company training and evaluation models and interviews with company representatives. The research aims to bring to light new material from large employers. The author finds that some organisations are developing new models to measure knowledge transfer and are applying these generic models to blended learning and other forms of learning.
