Abstract:

This report describes the New York City Partnership for College Access and Success (NYCPCAS), which aims to increase opportunities for college access and success for youth between the ages of 16 and 24 who are over-age, under-credited, or have dropped out and returned for a [General Education Development] GED or diploma.
