General trainer's guide: delivering hospitality training to learners with LLN needs and Indigenous learners

This trainer's guide is part of a set of resources to support delivery of nine units from qualifications in the Hospitality Training Package. The resources have three components: this general trainer's guide; a learner workbook for each unit; and a corresponding trainer's guide for each unit. The resources were developed for Indigenous learners enrolled in SIT10207 Certificate I in Hospitality and SIT20207 Certificate II in Hospitality, but are useful for any learners enrolled at this level including: disengaged youth; people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds; and people with disabilities.
