Abstract:

This research provides results from a qualitative study on the trends, disruptions, and drivers of change in the UK economy and labour market over the next 16 years. This study presents an assessment of future challenges and opportunities in the labour market and the implications for jobs and skills, considering issues such as: what jobs will look like in the UK in 2030; what skills will be in greatest demand; and what people and businesses can do to prepare for changes in the labour market.
