Abstract:

The National Training Framework is a new system which aims to streamline the relationships between industry bodies, training organisations, State and Territory Recognition Authorities and the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA). This booklet outlines the key features of the framework including the new recognition arrangements and training packages, and describes the roles of registered training organisations, the Accreditation and Registration Council, and the National Training Framework Committee under the new arrangements.
