Abstract:

This suite of resources, designed for use by a wide range of workplaces, with particular relevance to the community services and health industry, aims to develop the workplace English language, literacy and numeracy skills. It provides a starting point for employers to identify workers with extra needs in any of the five core skills (learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy) and to then provide support in the identified areas with suitable training options.
