Victorian Learning and Employment Skills Commission annual report [2000-2001 - 2006-2007]

The Victorian Learning and Employment Skills Commission (VLESC) commenced operation in March 2001, replacing the former State Training Board in Victoria, and ceased operating in July 2007 when it was replaced by the Victorian Skills Commission.
