Abstract:

This review of ABSTUDY was commissioned by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) in accordance with it role in monitoring the effectiveness of policies and programs for Indigenous people administered by other agencies. The main purpose for the review is to provide an input to the wider review of ABSTUDY being conducted by the Department of Employment, Education, Training and Youth Affairs (DEETYA).
