ABSTUDY: an investment for tomorrow's employment: a review of ABSTUDY for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission

This review of ABSTUDY was commissioned by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Commission (ATSIC) in accordance with it role in monitoring the effectiveness of policies and programs for Indigenous people administered by other agencies.
