Abstract:

In 2010, the European Commission launched a 10 year plan that builds on the 'Copenhagen Process' which set out to develop new European policies to improve the quality of vocational education and training (VET). The aims of the 10 year plan were to encourage more people into VET and to raise the standard of vocational training still further.
