Disability and society
This international peer reviewed journal is published seven times a year and provides a forum for debate about such issues as human rights, discrimination, definitions, policy and practices. As well as main articles there is a Current Issues section where less formal articles are included. There is also a Student Perspectives section, which publishes papers by students undertaking undergraduate, postgraduate or research degrees. The journal was formerly known as ‘Disability, handicap and society’ (1986-1993).
