Abstract:

This peer reviewed journal, published 18 times a year, provides a forum for [human resource management] HRM scholars and professionals worldwide. It focuses on future trends in HRM, drawing on empirical research in the areas of strategic management, international business, organisational behaviour, personnel management and industrial relations that arise from: (1) internationalisation; (2) technological change; (3) market integration; (4) new concepts of line management; (5) increased competition; and (6) changing corporate climates.
