Abstract:

This peer-reviewed journal publishes research in industrial relations (IR) to both academics and practitioners in the IR field. It aims to present the latest research on developments on employment and work from around the world. Articles are included from all of the main social science disciplines and address a broad range of employment topics from a range of viewpoints. It is published four times a year in March, June, September and December.
