Abstract:

The 'Equity blueprint' was developed by the National VET Equity Advisory Council (NVEAC) through extensive consultation across Australia over 12 months. It provides a comprehensive analysis of the vocational education and training (VET) system from an equity perspective and sets out six key reform areas required to improve VET outcomes for disadvantaged learners over the next five years (2011-2016).
