Abstract:

This paper, from the CD-ROM proceedings of the Pathways 5 Conference, explores the need for collaboration between the vocational education and training (VET) and disability sectors. The author outlines two projects as examples of collaboration. An overview of national strategic directions is included, drawing on Australia's Bridging Pathways blueprint (indexed at TD/TNC 63.291). A checklist for collaborative projects is provided at the conclusion of the paper.
