Author: Blackburn, Jean

Abstract:

The main purpose of this review was to look at the current educational and training provisions for 15 to 19 year olds who are not involved in higher education or vocational courses as part of their employment. The review sought to establish policies for the education of young people in a changing environment. The review contends that changes need to be made to make postcompulsory schooling purposeful and attractive to young people.
