Abstract:

The report covers six main themes: background; better management and clearer roles; funding achievements; better resource allocation; better national recognition; access and equity and cross sectoral links. The Review concluded overall that progress under the agreement had been satisfactory; it makes a number of recommendations under the above categories, and also recommends that progress be further reviewed within three to five years.
