Abstract:
The report sets out the findings and conclusions of a review of the 1996 Equity Projects funded by the Australian National Training Authority (ANTA). The review also covered Equity and Change projects funded by ANTA under the National Women's Vocational Education and Training Strategy. The review evaluated the two programme areas in terms of concept, implementation, achievements and outcomes. A central question for the review was whether the projects provided the basis for a strategic approach to future national cooperative equity initiatives.
