Human capital reform: report of the COAG National Reform Initiative Working Group

The National Reform Initiative (NRI) Working Group, chaired by the State of Victoria, included representatives from the Commonwealth, all States and Territories and the Australian Local Government Association (ALGA). The Group focused on possible reforms in the area of human capital as part of a broader national agenda to promote workforce participation and productivity.
