This is the final and full Mayer report (see also the condensed version ‘Putting general education to work’, indexed at TD/TNC 32.84). The committee, chaired by Eric Mayer, was set up by the Australian Education Council (AEC) and Ministers of Vocational Education, Employment and Training (MOVEET) to develop the key competencies concept recommended in the Finn Report (indexed at TD/LMR 85.641).
