Abstract:

This report proposes changes to measures of equity for women which are compatible with existing performance measurement arrangements. Taking account of likely changes in the future, it also proposes measures of equity for women for the longer term. It is intended that these measures assist VET stakeholders to deliver better outcomes to women.
