This stocktake report reviews research relating to assessor training programs conducted in Australia since 1990 . The report is designed to assist with the identification of research priorities over the next three years. It identifies the conclusions which may be drawn from completed research and which will be of use to policy-makers and practitioners, and whether sufficient research has been done or whether gaps exist that deserve further investigation.
