Abstract:

First published in 1947 as ‘Journal for industrial training’ and then as ‘Training and development’, ‘T+D’ is a monthly magazine published by the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). It reports on emerging trends and new technologies and their applications, provides current best practices on training and development and workplace learning through case studies, and addresses relevant and pivotal issues to the field. It is aimed at training and development professionals and line managers. Each issue contains a number of feature articles as well as regular columns.
