Abstract:

The purpose of this paper is to raise issues and provoke discussions as a basis for consultation on considering strategies and approaches to achieving access and equity in vocational education and training as part of the re-development of the Australian National Strategy for Vocational Education and Training. The National Strategy is due to be re-developed in 1996 and will apply to 1997-2000.
