Abstract:

Reframing the Future is the national staff development and change management program that supports the implementation of the National Training Framework (NTF) in Australia. This set of core ideas outlines the connections between knowledge management and the National Training Framework for vocational education and training (VET) sector staff undertaking Reframing the Future activities. It introduces the concept of knowledge management, dispels the myth that it is a technology-driven activity, and emphasises the value of managing and appreciating the existing knowledge of VET practitioners.
