Abstract:

This report is the outcome of a project aimed to design and develop a distinctive Victorian TAFE leadership capability framework, in order to assist the implementation and management of leadership development within the Victorian TAFE workforce. The research involved a review of current work in the area followed by interviews and focus groups involving key stakeholders across the TAFE sector.
