This document details the findings of the post-occupancy evaluation of the Millicent Campus. The purpose of the evaluation was to determine to what extent the new campus at Millicent had achieved the educational training objectives identified during the planning process, and subsequently outlined to the Public Works Standing Committee in November 1988. How well the buildings function in relation to the required accommodation needs is also examined.
