In their reaction to Osman-Gani’s study (indexed at TD/TNC 65.137) on developing expatriates for the Asia-Pacific region, the authors suggest that the study makes an important contribution to the expatriate training literature, primarily because of its focus on Asia-Pacific and its comparison with other areas. They focus their comments on six important issues derived from the study, including how to use action learning in expatriate training.
