This article reports on an interview with Pamela Walsh, the state chair of the Australian Council for Private Education and Training (ACPET). She also represents the registered training organisations on the board of South Australia's Accreditation and Registration Council and private providers on the VET sector's National research and Evaluation Committee (NREC) which reviews submissions tendered for research projects.
