This kit is comprised of a customisable CD 'Communicating and working with others', an accompanying CD containing a slideshow presentation and a trainer and assessor guide. It is intended to deliver workplace communication training, particularly for people who have poor reading and writing skills. The interactive CD is designed to be viewed either on a desk-top computer by individual students or in a group setting using a data projector. It offers the trainer the ability to develop a training resource tailored to the conditions at each worksite.
