The project which produced this report aimed to look at the status of workplace communication in the transport and distribution industry, and to develop a strategic plan for the WELL funding to TDT Australia. The industry was considered to be suitable for literacy and numeracy training programmes funded by WELL. TDT Australia has sought to improve the industry's access to the funding and to plan how to best use the resources for workers and for business.
