The CD-ROM has 16 sections on the Food Safety Training Program which includes topics such as laws and responsiblities, personal hygiene, bacteria and contamination, hygenic practices for preparation and cooking, food and public safety, cleaning, pest control and maintenance. Within each section there is a series of subsections. Section 11 of the CD-ROM has assessment tasks for students to review their understanding and knowledge. Section 16 reviews the course and contains the documentation requirements for the workplace which can be printed out and used. Book 2 in the series 'Kneading the ingredients' (resource no. 3473) has corresponding sections to the CD-ROM.
