This WELL funded CD-ROM developed by the Master Builders Association of Victoria is designed for contractors, employees, OH&S representatives and trainers in the building industry. It focuses on developing safe work practices for dealing with hazardous substances encountered in the building industry. The resource uses sophisticated graphics and interactive activities to provide information on hazardous substances, Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), practical approaches to conducting risk assessment and facts about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The resource is designed to be used for self paced learning and includes a voice over option, a glossary of terms and supporting visual information including diagrams, charts and graphs.
