Developed for workers in health care services where there has been increasing concerns about aggression in the workplace. Material in the modules take into account rural workers (through rural scenarios) who are often working in isolation and the use of plain English to cater for those with lower literacy and numeracy levels. The trainers are urged to take into account the literacy level of participants, reluctant participants, personal experiences with aggression and cultural issues.
