This 20 minute video presents a five part scenario of Neville's first day as a security guard at a suburban shopping Centre. The scenario has been designed to be used in conjunction with the participant's workbooks and trainer's guide that have been developed for four competencies in the Certificate II in Security (Guarding): - 'Manage own performance', - 'Communicate in the workplace', - 'Working as part of a team' and - 'Manage conflict'. The sixth section of the video presents operational tips - a practical demonstration of the concepts presented in the four workbooks.
