Section 2 defines whole job/job-based assessment and how communciation competencies can be assessed that way. Section 3 provides examples of how the issues of Section 2 were addressed in some workplaces. Section 4 reports on feedback from workplace assessors who have used this approach. Appendices includes useful contacts, references, project lists and worksheets that workers in the National Food Industry will find informative.
