National retail training package: section 7: literacy strategies

This is one section only of the National Retail Training Package and should be read in the context of the whole package. It aims to give trainers, workplace coaches and supervisors of trainees information about the literacy needs experienced by many people in the workplace including: - recognising the signs that someone may have difficulties - how to assist them - case studies and action plans. Please note that this section has been revised and is now included in the Professional Development section of the National Retail Training Package.
